Highlights

Release notes

Represents a major data release.

This release includes:

  • Approximately 1.8 million more data points.

  • An additional 2318 phenotype calls.

  • The processing of body weight data has changed with this release. The IMPReSS field determining each parameters relationship with body weight in the statistical analysis pipeline and which body weight measurements are included in the body weight curve have been reviewed. Notably, body weights are recorded before and after the Calorimetry experiments and in this release we ensure the before experiment weight is used in the statistical analysis and body weight curve rather than the highest body weight. This will ensure consistency as the after experiment body weight often shows fluctuations from the standard curve. As a result of the modification some of the Calorimetry phenotype calls have changed in this release.

Known Issues:

  • The allele Il20<em1(IMPC)Mbp> should be associated with the gene Il22, and this will be corrected in the next data release.
